The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages. We as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.

Through our contact and registration forms we collect some of your information such as (but not limited to) name, shipping address, phone, email, and Skype user name. We require this information to confirm reservations to our trainings and answer inquiries. In addition, a shipping address is required for shipping training materials beforehand.

All of the staff of the Academy for Motivation and Empowerment, Inc. are trained professionals holding the licenses or certifications to administer and interpret evaluation instruments for individuals and groups, to conduct training seminars, and provide onsite consultive services. The services and cost of services may be changed to meet the needs of our clients and to be commensurate with the quality of services we provide.
Neither the employees of the Academy for Motivation and Empowerment, Inc, nor the author of the webpages are licensed medical professionals. We recognize that there are many people who have significant physical and mental illness, and who require medical intervention, including prescription drugs, to maintain a level of life satisfaction. Blogs represent snapshots of our experience in working with people in a variety of business, educational, and therapeutic settings. The blogs are based on our experience and our opinion.
